Most sellers price blindly and budget ads on guesswork. Enter your real numbers — see your true profit per delivered order, and exactly how much to spend on Meta ads.
Your numbers
All amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Advanced costs (returns, COD fee, orders per day)
If your cost per purchase in Ads Manager crosses the breakeven ad cost, you are losing money on every order.
Where every rupee goes
True cost per delivered order — ads and returns are adjusted for your delivery rate
The real cost of returned orders
Per 100 orders booked — same product, same ads, only the delivery rate changes. Every failed parcel burns the ad spend that got the order, shipping both ways, and packaging.
Only 20 returned orders out of 100 cut your profit by 42%.
Now learn to keep your ad cost below breakeven
Pricing is step one. Profitable Meta & TikTok ads are the rest — and that’s exactly what I teach, step by step, in Urdu.

Your campaign plan
Based on Meta’s learning phase: ~50 conversions per ad set in 7 days
Meta’s system needs ~50 conversions per ad set within 7 days to exit the learning phase and stabilise results. Budget below this and the algorithm keeps guessing.
How this is calculated
Target cost per purchase = selling price ÷ ROAS goal. Total budget = purchases needed × target cost per purchase. Daily budget = total ÷ days.
The cushion compares your ROAS goal against the breakeven ROAS from the Profit Calculator tab — if your goal is below breakeven, you’d be paying Meta to lose money.
Reality check: in the first testing week, expect your actual cost per purchase to run 1.5–2× worse than target while Meta learns. Keep reserve budget for testing — don’t launch with exactly the minimum.
